Method

  1. Seed and chop a long fresh red chilli. Slice 3 garlic cloves. Heat a wok over high heat. Spray with oil. Stir-fry the chilli and garlic for 30 seconds.

  2. Add 2 bunches broccolini and 1 tablespoon water. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender crisp. Drizzle over 2 teaspoons sesame oil and 1 tablespoon salt-reduced soy sauce.

  3. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds.
