Method

  1. Combine oil, barbecue sauce, paprika, sugar, garlic and Tabasco in a jug. Place ribs in a large, shallow glass or ceramic dish. Add oil mixture. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours, if time permits.

  2. Preheat barbecue on high with hood closed. Reduce temperature to medium. Drain ribs, reserving marinade. Place ribs in a disposable baking dish. Cook ribs in a covered barbecue over indirect heat for 1 hour or until browned and cooked through, basting with reserved marinade every 15 minutes (see note).

  3. Cut ribs into portions. Serve with Coleslaw.
